Summer Family Pictures in Hobble Creek Canyon – Springville, UT
Summer and fall in the canyon are perfect for family pictures here in Utah.
One of my favorite spots for summer family pictures in Hobble Creek Canyon is at Jolley’s Ranch. There are other places in Hobble Creek Canyon you can go as well but this is by far a popular place.
With it being popular, the weekends will have a lot of people but I’ve always encountered nice and cordial people. Photographers will take turns at different spots and you can typically find an area where you can start shooting. I try to schedule on the weekday evening and sometimes even in the morning as the sun comes up.
Jolley’s Ranch is also a disc golf course and so there is that to deal with as well. I’ve found that if we respect them, they respect us. But be on the look out for the errant disc that may fly by.
